Speaking + Appearances
Conversations that make room for what matters.
Denisha Baraka brings more than two decades of leadership, hospitality, and experience design together with a deeply personal perspective on intentional living. Through keynotes, panels, workshops, and conversations, she invites audiences to think differently about how we care for ourselves, lead others, create spaces for connection, and build lives that have room to evolve.
WHAT I SPEAK ABOUT
Conversations worth having.
-
Creating a life that reflects what matters to you now, with room to change as you do.
-
Building teams where people can do meaningful work, feel valued, and understand the role they play in something larger than themselves.
-
What decades of creating experiences taught me about how small details shape the way people feel, connect, and remember.
-
Navigating change, redefining success, and giving yourself permission to build what’s next without dismissing everything that came before.
Denisha Baraka is a hospitality and experience leader, entrepreneur, and founder for Denisha Danielle, an intentional living brand centered on the way we care for ourselves, shape our environments, and create connection with others.
Over more than two decades, Denisha has led teams, built commercial strategies, and created experiences across the hospitality and events industries. Today, she brings those lessons together with her own journey of redefining what it means to live and lead well.
Her approach is warm, practical, and grounded in a simple belief: there is no single version of a well-lived life. What supports us should have room to evolve as we do.
